love.. or lust

tall, dark, and handsome is what we grew up thinking all men were supposed to be like... haha, oh jeez! those three words describe looks, which is what our society THINKS it the most important characeteristic. Why couldn't it be "funny, creative, and smart".. or, idk SOMETHING other than a male figure which girls will never be able to find.. enough about that.. let's get down to the REAL issue. my mom once told me, "alexis, girls use sex to get love, and boys use love to get sex!".. now, im not saying this is true for all guys, but most.. yes. and maybe even some girls are more into the sexual scene rather than the whole "i love you" scene.. but for those girls.. then comes into play the whole "OMG she is such a whore for having sex with those guys!" in all honestly, who really gives a damn!? i dont understand why people can't live their lives the way they want to without being judged?.. now, im not saying i dont judge people.. because everyone does! but, in situations ive been in with this issue, i hate when people judge me. i mean, EVERYONE makes bad choices, and NO ONE is perfect! until you are perfect, i suggest you keep your mouth shut about others. Until i get older, and more mature.. and learn a little bit more about love, im going to take my mom's advice about this situation, you can too :)

girls, boys arent everything.. boyfriends should be a BONUS in life, not something to get all depressed over, and cry over! find a guy who will treat you the way you deserve to be treated. don't settle for anything less of what you deserve

a LOVING relationshop, is one with compassion. you put all your trust in that person! you sit at home, cuddling.. and then, the sexual activities may begin, along with keeping the compassion and such around.

a LUSTFUL relationship is one where all you really do it sexual activities... you dont really "care" about the other person, because all the sex is taking over the relationship.. soon enough it will fail :/
